Steps

  1. Give post-it notes to young people and tell them to write on each post-it, something they do because they think it makes them feel good (don't hesitate to give them examples)
  2. the youth write, draw the grid on the board
  3. Have the young people come to the board one by one and have them stick their post-it notes according to the target who is concerned by their action (me/family-friends-work/world) and whether it feeds the body, emotions, or intelligence.

To show them that we have all these areas within us and that it is important to come and nurture them, to develop them.

  • What does this game teach us about ourselves?
  • What are the 3 parts that makeup a person?

Philosophical contribution: Man's actions are not independent. Therefore, before making a choice, one must consider the consequences. Every decision has an impact on the individual, their close circle, or society. To act responsibly, one must reflect on the consequences of their actions on themselves, their close circle, and the world. It's important to consider the impact of actions on the body, emotions, and thoughts.

In Asia, there is a tendency to favor actions that benefit my company or close circle, which can bring happiness without promoting individualism.
