As a team
· Secretly give a letter to each group.
· They must "physically" create their letter using as many materials as possible and for the prettiest result.
Collectively
· Give all teams back all the letters
· They should try to piece together the expected word or phrase.

We learn from the "Love my planet" exercise that individual and unique creativity is neither superior nor inferior to a collective effort. Like individual effort, group work is focused on the common good.

HUMAN WORK
- The goal of all human labor and creativity is for man to find joy in his completed creations. A work's beauty and utility can bring joy and satisfaction to both the creator and others.

DEHUMANIZING WORK:
