#overstimulation

When the brain is focused, it gets tired. A game such as “gesture challenge” requires real concentration for the brain. This causes giggles, emotions and fatigue.

In front of a screen (smartphone, computer, television, etc.), the brain is constantly stimulated, as during intense concentration. This causes emotions and fatigue. Staying several hours in front of a screen is not good for the brain. After long hours, we often observe:

  • TOO MANY EMOTIONS: over-excitement, stress, bad mood, ...
  • TOO MUCH FATIGUE: irritability, problems concentrating, difficulty falling asleep despite being tired, ...

Good advice: 5 minutes of silence a day

  • Silence is a great way to reduce stress. Thanks to it, we release hormones that are a source of well-being.
  • Silence allows us to feel more confident and more focused, for example when making decisions.
  • It is also an open door to creativity
  • Silence also allows memory to be strengthened: concentration is better, information can be processed more quickly and our consciousness is “awakened”.
  • Thanks to silence, we feel more connected to the present and prepared for all that it can bring.
  • 5 minutes are enough for so many good consequences!
