What we like:

  • No materials needed

Steps

  • Form a large circle.
  • A player starts the game, then the players take turns.
  • When it's their turn to play, each player chooses between three types of signs

The general idea is to throw an invisible ball, using 3 gestures: Hunga / tchhh / springboard

The "hunga": the player taps with his fist against his chest and his other hand throws the ball towards the neighboring player. He points his fist and his other arm in the direction he wants the ball to pass.

When a player does the "hunga" with his right arm, his neighbor on the left reproduces the same sign, who himself transmits it to his neighbor on the left and so on.

The "tchchch": the player pretends to grab a handle and pull it down (with the arm that receives the previous sign).

When a player does the "tchchch", it means that the game changes direction. The "hunga" must then be done in the opposite direction. It is therefore again the turn of the previous player who performs the "hunga" by changing arms.

...Warning: if the player who makes "tchhh" uses the wrong arm, he is eliminated. He must ensure that the arm closest to the invisible ball received is lowered

The springboard: the player places his hands above his head to form a roof. It means skipping a person's turn.

The gesture is not made by my nearest neighbor, but by the one after. (see video opposite)

...The player who makes a mistake or takes too long to think is eliminated.

ATTENTION: Little start-up time to assimilate the signs, but very appreciated by young people and very funny!

...Here the girl loses the game because she used the wrong arm to do "tchh", she should have used the arm closest to the invisible ball received

CONCRETELY :

  • What emotions did this game evoke in you?

stress, anxiety, joy, surprise, concentration, ...

  • Why does a player usually lose?

lake of concentration, bad reflex, fatigue, lack of reactivity, surprise

FOR FURTHER :

  • Do you have examples of situations in your life where your feelings changed very quickly, such as in the game of Hunga?
  • How did you manage to control all these feelings?

#emotions #rapidity

  • How the sensations are translated inside us: In the game of Hunga, many signals provoke in us a multitude of reactions: surprise, joy, laughter, stress, ... In everyday life it goes likewise: colors, sounds, textures, smells, flavors cause sensations. What I see, I touch, I feel, all this provokes a reaction in me. These sensations end up inside us: we begin to feel, to imagine, to memorize

For example I hear laughter, I feel it's good. Or again, I see Michel, I close my eyes, I continue to see him in my imagination; my memory organizes the images: I know that I saw Michel before Chandeth.

  • Feelings, passions: what I think inside will translate into a passion, which can sometimes be read on my face.

For example, when I see a cake (sight), I desire to eat it (passion of desire): my eyes shine. Or again, I remember my childhood (memory) and I am happy (passion of pleasure) or revolted (passion of anger)

  • So it is important to understand that the passions will be different for everyone according to their experience, according to their character, according to their history: I do not choose my passions, I undergo them but I can work on them to orient them, to direct them towards goals that are good.

Good advice: the passions are good when they give courage, strength, joy!
