Avertissement:

  • The animator enters the game when he stops on a word. He must therefore also seek to form part of one of the trinomials. The player who has not found his trinomial, once all the trinomials have been reformed, becomes the animator of the game

Étapes

The players form trios:

  • one assumes the role of the little pig
  • the other two assume the role of the house.

The players forming the house stretch their arms above the little pig to provide him with a roof.

The animator plays the role of the "wolf" at the start of the game.

The host says the 3 words "house, pig, storm" in a loop, tirelessly.

When it stops on:

  • "house": the "house" players run to find a new partner to reform a house for a little pig
  • "pig": the "little pigs" players run to find a new home
  • "storm": all players are free to find a new role in order to form new trinomials

The animator enters the game when he stops on a word. He must therefore also seek to form part of one of the trinomials. The player who has not found his trinomial, once all the trinomials have been reformed, becomes the animator of the game

CONCRETELY :

  • How do you feel (after 5 or 6 games)? What emotions did you notice?
  • What do you think young people can develop through this game?

friendship, relaxation, laughter, listening, attention to others, ...

FOR FURTHER :

  • Do you think that young people of your generation know a lot of games of this type? If not, why do you think?

#team #listening

  • Quality time: Here is an example of what you can sometimes miss if you spend more time on screens than with your friends in "real" life: giggles, sports, nature, attention to actions others, listen, ...
  • Benefits of sport and laughter: The challenge, the speed of these group games, releases the "dopamine" hormone, which reinforces the feeling of pleasure and well-being. In turn, dopamine causes the release of the stimulating hormone "adrenaline".
  • Growing up: When we get involved in sports activities with friends, we learn about our feelings (anger, fear, frustration, joy, pleasure, etc.). We develop our resilience, our ability to bounce back from failure, or our self-control after a small victory. In active life, we learn to listen to our body, to open up to others, to our needs, to our limits, to our strengths.
  • Forgetting reality: In digital life, the risk is to tend to close the senses that open us to others: no longer hearing what is happening around us, keeping our sleepy eyes open, forgetting to eat or go to the toilet , leaving all the room on the screen.

Keep this advice: balance the scales! 15mn in front of a screen = 15mn of play/time outside with friends
