Being self-aware
Fill out the attached sheet, not writing down what others think of me but what I am proud of myself.
Without other people telling you, you know facets of your personality that you're proud of, and that's a good thing. If the exercise is difficult for you, which happens often, repeat it regularly.
Also balance the exercise by trying to find something you want to improve on, as a sibling, friend, student, or citizen
Good advice: take 3 minutes every night to find a positive point and a point to improve in from your day
To get to know others better and to get to know ourselves better, it's good to open certain aspects of our private lives. To do this, you must trust the other person and know that you are never obligated to reveal yourself, it must be done with respect, trust, and listening. The knowledge you have of yourself, and when you share it with another person, is what creates friendship.
