- Reflect on what it means to be a responsible person.
- Become aware of responsible and non-responsible acts.
Explain to young people that they will have to think about the consequences of their actions. It will help to better understand what the word "responsibility" means.
Global process: a person starts with the question "What if" and points to another person in the circle who will have to answer him.
In English, use either of the expressions "What happens if..." or "If only you..."
To start the discussion, the facilitator chooses a theme, for example that of the hearth/house, and asks a first question:
The facilitator can also choose to ask a positive question, and will thus show that a "good" action will have positive consequences.
Animation help - synthesis:
On a sheet, the facilitator notes the "virtuous circles", which correspond to the answers of "If only you...". On another sheet, the facilitator notes the "vicious circles", which correspond to the answers to 'What happens if...'
CONCRETELY :
Examples: faithful (duration), honest (spirit), reliable (skills), reasonable, attentive, invested, aware
Examples: with respect to me, my friend, my family, my home, my class, my society, my village, my community, my environment, my religion, etc.
FOR FURTHER :
If there is time: ROLE PLAY
#responsibility #reflection
Le bon conseil : Avant d'agir pose-toi ces 3 questions : est-ce bon ? vrai ? utile ?
I rejoice in what I have done right, I regret and I seek to repair what I have done wrong...
Good advice: Before acting, ask yourself these 3 questions: is it good? TRUE ? useful ?
The animator can link different "vicious circle" or "virtuous circle" themes. For example school/university, "myself", "my environment", "my religion", or any other theme.
Be careful though as this may confuse the game. It is better to choose a topic and keep it for a full round, or even two rounds, so that the young people understand the process well, before possibly choosing another topic for the questions.
