- It's a game without a team or materials
- All participants stand up "in a pile" in a large space.
- Everyone is an egg and to symbolize this, one must place one's hands above one's head to form the top of one's egg.
STEP ONE: The egg.
- When the game starts, everyone is running around shouting "Egg, egg, egg...".
- When an egg meets another egg (which goes very quickly at first since everyone is still an egg), we compete by playing Chifoumi (rock/paper/scissors).
- Whoever loses remains an egg and must run back to get another egg. Whoever wins evolves into a chick.
STEP TWO: The Chick
- The chick then places its hands on its chest to imitate small chick wings, it waves them and runs around shouting "chick, chick, chick...".
- If one chick meets another chick, they may indulge in a Chifoumi.
- On the same principle, the loser remains a chick and goes back in search of another chick; while the winner evolves and becomes a chicken!
STEP THREE: The Chicken
- The hen then puts her arms bent on either side of her chest to imitate the hen's wings, he/she waves them and runs around shouting "Hen, hen, hen...".
- If a hen meets a hen, they make a Chifoumi. The loser remains a hen and the winner evolves into a dragon.
STEP FOUR: The Dragon
- The dragon then stretches out its arms to either side and down its wings as it runs and shouts "dragon, dragon, dragon..." in a strong voice.
- If a dragon encounters another dragon, they fight in Chifoumi.
- The loser will then have to follow the winning dragon in its mad race to "fight" against other dragons. The dragon's tail (made up of all its fallen opponents with a tail) will then lengthen and all the members of it must shout their dragon's name between each fight.
A variation with Chifoumi with three winners can be introduced to make the game longer
When there is only one victorious dragon and all the players in its wake (except for the last egg, the last chick, and the last hen who had no opponents left to hope to chase), the game is over.

- Breathing exercises: When you inhale, your breath enters the space inside your nostrils; when you exhale, it exits. Observe how your breath moves through this space. Imagine how the breath moves through this area by concentrating on the airflow. Take a minute or so to do this to clear your mind of any overpowering ideas. Peter Wright
- Exercises to divert attention: Spread the fingers of your left hand. Now, using the index finger of your right hand, trace the spaces between the fingers of your left hand. Allow the index finger of your right hand to move in and out and up and down, from the thumb of your left hand to the little finger. It's a simple physical exercise but distracting so you don't have to worry and panic. Peter Wright
- Positive thinking exercises: Try to remember what you've accomplished and build confidence: adopt a positive, personalized phrase or mantra, such as "I'm, I can, I will" or "I'll do my best," or "I'm ready." Repeat this phrase over a series of days, weeks, and months: this will help stifle negative thoughts – and it can be easily reused if you feel stress building up before an exam. Alban Ferrier
