Form a team of riders and a team of horses. Each horse takes a rider on its back, and the teams stand in a circle.

At the starting signal, the horses move in a circle (at varying speeds depending on the age of the participants) while the riders throw the ball to each other.

• If the ball falls to the ground, the riders jump down and take the place of the horses, running in a circle; the horses recover the ball and move to the centre of the circle. A horse aims the ball at a rider.
• If he hits his target, the roles are swapped; if not, the horses remain horses.

Managers are the ones who take their time to get things right and stay in control. Both are essential for successful projects. There are no good or bad profiles, just innate talents that enable us to know in which area we can be a driving force, a complementary resource. This teaches us to be vigilant, to be a little more flexible in one direction or another.
