Goal:

Fun little sports game.

Steps

The cat's goal is to catch the mouse, and the mouse's goal is to not get caught by the cat.

  • A game master is chosen; a cat and a mouse are designated.
  • All the other players are divided into at least 3 lines, each containing the same number of people. Players must stand with their arms raised horizontally. Thus, the aligned players form barriers parallel to each other (3 minimum).
  1. These parallel human chains form corridors in which the cat and the mouse can pass, turning around the barriers. Thus, the cat-and-mouse's playground are those corridors formed by the other participants.
  2. The game master has 2 types of possible actions:
  • He can reverse the roles at any time with a signal given in advance, for example the cry "change". The cat becomes the mouse and vice versa.
  • The master of game can ESPECIALLY change the constitution of these corridors with another signal given in advance, for example clapping of hands. At his signal, all participants must turn 90° keeping their arms horizontal; human barriers thus form new corridors for cat and mouse.

This can be a game changer, and bring the cat closer to the mouse. This also complicates the race of the cat and the mouse who play in a terrain that evolves according to the signals (clapping of the hands, cries) of the game leader.

The cat and the mouse do not have the right to cross a human barrier, they can only circumvent them.

CONCRETELY :

  • What is the most difficult for the cat and the mouse?
  • fatigue, difficulty seeing where the other is, difficulty hearing the game master because the signs are brief, reaction time when changing maze, adaptation to the new landscape, ...

FOR FURTHER :

  • The landscape in this game changes very quickly. Do you have any real-life examples of landscapes changing at breakneck speed?
  • Is nature able to readapt to these changes? Are they good, bad, neutral?

#concentration #adaptation

Man is born fragile and vulnerable. Spontaneously his life is not assured.

Unlike animals, he has no claws to defend himself, he has no fur to protect himself from bad weather, he has no fangs to catch his food... . He is born naked and fragile.

To live he will have to work:

  • To obtain its food: it develops agriculture, breeding…. he has to make money
  • To protect himself from bad weather: he builds houses, cuts clothes...
  • To heal himself, he develops medicine....

Through his work, Man transforms nature so that it becomes an environment favorable to his human development. …

  • Unfortunately, sometimes Man makes the landscape change very quickly, without worrying about the laws of nature. Through his work, Man can damage nature and make his living environment hostile: pollution, waste, lack of hygiene. By damaging nature, man creates for himself a harmful living environment that harms his development. If Man works and transforms nature only for money or power, he builds a world where we live badly.
  •

If nature is not transformed by the work of Man, it is unlivable for him (jungle). But if Man does not respect the laws of nature, nature is damaged and becomes a danger for Man. Changes in the landscape are good if the work of Man cooperates with the laws of nature.

Good advice: Share around you the beautiful initiatives where work has been done respecting the laws of nature and cooperating with it.
