Steps

Separate one child. He shouldn’t stay on the field. Then separate the rest of the children in two groups, in an odd number. They sit in a circle around the educator

The educator will hide a ball under one of the three glasses. The children on the field knows where is the ball. They call back the child. He will have to guess under which glass the ball is. One team will tell him the truth, and one will lie. Both have to give their best to be trusted.

The game ends when the child pick up a glass. If he founds it, the team who was saying the truth wins. If he made a mistake, that's the team who lied who wins. You can play again changing the teams and the child.

CONCRETELY

Did you feel that the people around you influenced your choice? Did they have a positive or negative impact on your decision?

TO GO FURTHER

Who do you consider as "peers"? What pressure can they exert on you? Is this peer pressure positive or negative? Do you believe it's important to take into account the opinions of those around you when making a decision?

#others #self-confidence

Peer pressure is a reality we all encounter at some point in our lives. It represents the influence of our surroundings, our friends, and other people of our age, pushing us to act in a certain way. This influence can be positive and constructive, or negative, leading us towards harmful choices or ones contrary to our values. It is important to recognize that peer pressure becomes problematic only when it turns negative and conflicts with our convictions, values, or personal goals. This dilemma can lead us into an internal conflict between following the crowd or following our own convictions. By understanding the nature of peer pressure, we can navigate social situations and make decisions that truly reflect who we are. Ultimately, learning to resist negative peer pressure and seek positive influences can help us build a more fulfilling life aligned with our values. It's important to keep in mind that discussions can sometimes touch on sensitive topics, so it's always good to respect everyone's opinions and foster an inclusive and respectful living environment, avoiding manipulation.

Good advice: Surround yourself with caring people who help you grow and believe in your dreams!

  • You alone have the power to make decisions.
