Goal:

To express one's opinion ; take stock of a personal subject;

...

What we like:

  • Laughter and good thoughts

Steps

Put words on our personal way of using screens (theme proposed here). Any other topic is possible, just readjust the questions.

Install 4 panels of 4 different colors in 4 places well spaced from each other. Do not place them too far from the animator, who will place himself in the center of these 4 poles (within earshot)

Look at the 4 colored circles distributed at the 4 corners of the room: red, green, yellow, blue. Depending on your answer to my questions, stand on the point of the correct color.

Here, the list of questions varies depending on the objective of the training. Here 3 questions are oriented on the subject of screens / social networks

If I was ...

  • a plant
  • to eat
  • a hobby
  • a smartphone brand
  • a comedy
  • a quality linked to a smartphone
  • ...

CONCRETELY :

  • As the game questions go, ask an open-ended question to the groups gathered in their colored poles:

Why did you choose this answer? (depending on the color chosen by the participant)

FOR FURTHER :

  • What do you think of the use of smartphones today?

Leave the discussion open, note the positive and negative points raised by the participants

#screens #balance

1) Good or bad? Smartphones are neither good nor bad per se. It's how we use it that can be good or bad.

The advantages are numerous and easy to access: research, relaxation, communication, discovery, ...

There are also many disadvantages: fatigue, nervousness, sleep disorders, security risks, loss of social ties, etc.

2) Moderation: As always, the important thing is to maintain a balance: study/relaxation; online/offline; direct/indirect communication; ...

  • Different tools can help us: calculation of screen time, daily meditation, planning, advice from relatives or experts,...
  • To achieve moderation, you have to start by setting small, achievable goals and observing how it changes your life: turning off notifications, putting your phone in a box for an hour a day, turning off your phone at night, delete an application, ...

Good advice: When you make a choice, ask yourself these 3 questions: is it good? TRUE ? useful ?
