Expressing an idea with conviction
The idea is to tell the other person about your morning before arriving at the training venue (or any other simple story).
The difficulty: telling it in stereo.
The two people speak at the same time. This means you have to speak louder and use gestures to be heard.
Play the game in two phases:
Something to watch out for: depending on the age group and the youngsters involved, see if it is possible to form mixed or single-sex pairs.
CONCRETELY:
What does this exercise teach you about communication?
TO GO FURTHER:
How can you replay the activity, this time creating harmony between the two participants?
#grabbing attention
Keys to good communication :
Too much communication: We sometimes get tired of the messages that surround us all day long. They multiply from year to year:
billboards, phone and internet ads, environmental noise, etc.
Stand out from the crowd: we no longer pay attention to important messages, so we need to be able to attract the public's attention with appropriate gestures and tone of voice.
Here's a tip: Choose two of the keys suggested and practise using them.
Launch of a summer camp on communication and responsibility

A girl was playing against a boy. We had difficulty getting the game to really take off because the children didn't dare "shout". On the other hand, when Paul and I did the exercise to tell the story of our honeymoon, there were howls of laughter! We should have done it at the beginning to explain the game.
The young people didn't really let themselves go; they didn't really scream, so the exercise was less fun and less successful. What's more, the audience listened to the pair closest to them.

The kids loved it. We could have added an in-between time where we asked who was the most listened to and why (movements, tones, facial expressions, looking at the audience, etc.).
