Anticipation: Being able to anticipate a person's actions and behaviors. It is knowing how to handle a situation.
Anticipating also means predicting the consequences, the impact of such and such a decision or project on our environment.
Be careful, however, to find the right balance between anticipation, which aims at foresight and prudence, and its excess, which is the fear of risk and uncertainty. The person no longer lives in the present but in constant worry about the future.
Good advice: To anticipate is to be prudent!
