Game difficult to understand

Étapes

The children sit in a circle. Everyone chooses their own sign (gesture) which they show to everyone before the game starts.

  • Examples of gestural signs: putting your finger on the shower / giving a thumbs up / tapping your hand on your forehead /...
  • Rhythm of the game: all the children must clap their knees twice and then their hands once. This 3-move rhythm lasts throughout the game.

1) All children memorize the rhythm by doing it together

  • two strikes on the knees
  • a clap in the hands

2) The facilitator starts the game without interrupting the rhythm:

  • He knocks twice on his knees at the same time as the others,
  • then makes his own gesture sign (while the others continue the rhythm and therefore are clapping their hands),
  • knocks on his knees twice again (still at the same time as the others)
  • makes the gestured sign of the person he is "calling" (while the others clap their hands)

This person "called" by the previous player will respond to him in the same way. He must then: tap his knees twice and make his own sign, and then "call" someone by tapping his knees twice then make the sign of the other.

And so on...

The one who loses is the one who is wrong in the rhythm, the sign (his own or that of the person he "calls"), or who reacted too slowly (not at the same rhythm as the pats of the children on their knees) .

CONCRETELY :

  • Is it necessary to remember the "indicative" signs of each player to win this game?
  • If there were 40 players in the circle, would it be important to know the "signs" of each of the players?

FOR FURTHER :

  • In friendship, do you rather have dozens of friends for whom you try to memorize a sign, a detail? or rather 4 or 5 friends for whom you know precisely their particular sign, the detail that characterizes them?

#community#relationship

Relationships and personal interactions are complex.

  • Community: A person is related to the group, the community to which he belongs. In the group everyone must coordinate with each other, enter and maintain a common rhythm of life, in a common friendship (friendship of concord). In the game, this is symbolized by the rhythm of the movement of the hands common to all.

In life, for example, it means coordinating to have the same calendar in the same country, to have the same laws.

  • Special friendships: But simultaneously, without leaving the life of the group, the person maintains relations with such and such: special friendships. The person is no longer only in relation with the group as a whole but also with such other person in particular. This introduces interactions into his rhythm of life, an adaptation no longer in relation to everyone but in relation to such and such: what is symbolized in the game, the interactions between the particular gestures of such and such and such and which does not concern not the others.
  • Even if these gestures do not concern the others, they are specific to the two friends, they are however never completely separated and abstracted from the common rhythm and they contribute to the common good.

Top Tip: Create unforgettable memories with your good friends!

Quotes to ponder:

  • It is in misfortune that one recognizes one's true friends. Aristotle
  • One of the joys of friendship is having someone to confide a secret to.
  • Friendship that ends had not begun. proverb
  • Why did I choose it? Because it was him, because it was me… Montaigne
