Become aware of the importance of trust in the group
Knowing how to welcome and let yourself be welcomed to gain self-confidence
It is important to specify that the body of the person whose eyes are closed must be respected (we do not touch the chest, we do not grab by the neck, etc.)
CONCRETELY :
fear of falling, unknown teammate before the game, diversity, ...
FOR FURTHER :
Remember to properly reframe discussions on commitment (and not on feelings), with friendship as an example.
-Choose to engage or associate with his friend and express this choice
- Talk to each other, share real things (problems, joys, questions, doubts, sorrows, sufferings...), express their feelings, their dreams, their wishes, their aspirations
- Help my friend, do a favor
- Expressing gratitude to his friend, valuing him
- Share good times, quality times, play together
- To forgive
#commitment #trust
The more I trust my teammates, the more fun the Drunk Bottle game is. In work, the more I trust my teammates, the better the result will be
-It requires being able to cooperate with others, being able to lean on and rely on others.
-It requires a certain letting go, it requires not believing and not wanting that everything goes through us and that nothing is done without us.
- This requires trust in others so that they themselves take their place and exercise all the responsibility of which they are capable. Otherwise it leaves them in an infantile state, like mere executors.
- This requires that I be able to accept letting myself be supported, helped by others.
Why is it important to trust to commit?
- to overcome fears
- to make good decisions
- for social life, to be able to live in community
- to build a true and fair relationship with others
Good advice: the best commitment is friendship!
Big success for this activity. We made small circles of 8, girls and boys separated. Everyone played the game and laughed a lot. I recommend that bamboo do it with the children, they are touched by it and it amuses everyone, including you!
No pb! Some find it hard to let go but by spending a little time there almost everyone succeeds.

When the children are of very different ages and builds, care must be taken in creating groups. 1 to 2 students which ensures security and more is better.

Done with Boarding Masters/Mistresses as part of a course I led on the charter and activities. To illustrate the importance of trust to others. Laughter guaranteed!

Grade 9 fireplaces; The godchildren know each other well, they let themselves go and really trust others. The girls (few, 3) didn't want to be the 'bottle' because they weren't comfortable letting themselves fall into the boys' arms. Not enough girls to make a 2nd circle.
--
Laughter guaranteed! Don't be too far apart. Do it outside on grass to ensure small falls.
