But:

- Getting to know others, communicating with each other.
- Learn to understand what it means to be "first" and "not to be first" in relation to others.
- Learn to find out what your place is in relation to others.

Ce que nous aimons:

  • Possible variants
  • Little preparation
...

Avertissement:

  • Shyness can be a hindrance

Étapes

Divide the group into several teams, at least 5 young people per team.

...If you are a small number of players (between 3 and 5): make only one team that will play against the clock

The facilitator then gives an order and a first to find for each team, as quickly as possible to win each of the successive rounds. Groups of 3-5 players can play against the clock, in less than 20s (to be adapted according to age)

Examples of "storage":

  • Arranged from the largest in size to the smallest. Then he lets the children question themselves and organize themselves as quickly as possible.

We start again with another theme:

  • Rank from highest to lowest grade level.
  • In order of birth, according to the month (and not the year), from the first month of the year to the last: see video opposite
  • By the color of the t-shirt from lightest to darkest (or hair...)
  • ...

You can let your imagination run free to find all sorts of criteria based on age and size.

The facilitator then gives an order and a first to find for each team, as quickly as possible to win each of the successive rounds. Groups of 3-5 players can play against the clock, in less than 20s (to be adapted according to age)

  • By number of siblings
  • By foot size

Especially for groups between 3 and 5 players, take the time to play with these questions which open up a debate

Other possible questions before discussing what we think:

  • Rank yourselves in order of the one who spends the least time in front of social networks to the one who spends the most time there (per day)
  • Rank in the order of who needs to exercise the most among the participants

CONCRETELY :

  • What makes me able to complete this challenge well?

Make them say: communication with my team, listening, self-knowledge and knowledge of others..etc.. #self-confidence #self-knowledge #thinkingbeforedacting

FOR FURTHER :

  • As the various questions in this game were answered, were you always placed in the same position? Was it important to be first or last in line?

#knowing others #knowing yourself #thinking before acting

  • Be the first: In life, there is no one who is first in everything, who is stronger than all the others. One way or another, in one area or another, there is always someone who is ahead of us, who is stronger than us. This is well illustrated by the game All in position! This is also true at school, in the professional world, in the family: no one has all the talents.

For example, one can be good at maths but bad at sports; you can be a very good computer scientist but not know how to work in a team; you can be a good cook but not know how to make your children do their homework

We are always someone's smallest.

  • It does not matter that in a field one is not the first, what counts, in terms of personal responsibility, is to know how to place oneself in one's place so that the whole can live in a coherent manner. Everyone must be aware of their talent and not be jealous of that of others.
  • This also allows us to understand that the leader in one area will have another place to take, another role to play, other responsibilities to hold in another area.

The adage from La Fontaine's Fable The Wolf and the Lamb that the reason of the strongest is always the best should therefore not be verified.

Good advice: recognize the talents of others!
