Install cups filled with water in a line on a flat space at the height of the young people (a table will do the trick):
- 3 cups per line (approximate number)
- As many lines as desired players, ideally spaced 50 cm apart
Drop a ping pong ball into the first cup in each row
- If you want to do a team relay, place each team in line in front of a series of cups
- If you just want to do a round, place a player in front of each set of cups
- Without touching the ball, pass it from cup to cup, until you reach the last cup in the series
- If the ball falls out of the cup, put it back in the cup from which it came out and the player starts blowing again
For older players, the ball can be put back in the first cup in line when it is out
- At the starting signal, each player blows on his ball to pass it into the next cup.
- If it is a relay, all the players of the team must successively perform the same action
- The first player (or the first team) who manages to get their ball through to the last cup (as many times as there are players) wins
If you have teams or players of very different ages, do not hesitate to vary the number of cups:
4-8 cups in line for the older ones / 2-4 cups for the little ones
